Wang Chongyang is mentioned throughout the novels The Eagle-shooting Heroes and The Great Eagle and its Companion. Xie Xun mentions Wang Chongyang in chapter seven of Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre. And in the third edition of Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre he is also mentioned in chapter 16.
