Having long enjoyed the dramatic yet lyrical style of Gu Long, many fans have made valiant attempts over the years to share his novels with others in English. The task is not easy, because translating Gu Long is a skill and an art in itself. Besides the major on-going translations, there are also a number of other novels for which work has unfortunately stopped for one reason or another.
